Document Controller Department. This module continues the DC-controlled request → allocate → softcopy → attachment → SO response → close workflow.

For this V9 prototype, the main focus is the professional UI and the new document library, mix-design database, concrete test schedule and user signature governance.

Store project specifications, design drawings and preliminary approved documents in one controlled library. Access is filtered by user permission and document access level.

ITP Register

Approved ITPs should be filtered into this register after issue through the RFA workflow.

RFA integration can be added in the next phase so an approved RFA automatically creates/updates the relevant ITP register entry.

Each approved mix design has a unique project code. Concrete Summary uses this code instead of retyping supplier, grade and mix details every day.

Select an approved Mix Design Code. Required cube sets are calculated from concrete volume. Standard 7D / 28D / 56D schedules are created automatically, and additional requested test ages such as 3D, 5D or 14D can be added to the same pour.
